so yesterday i was playing with my friend via download play and his 3ds died in the middle of the game, so my 3ds went back to the home screen
now the touch screen doesn't work, and the only buttons that work are a, x, power, and home
i left it off for the whole day but it still doesn't work
anyone got any solutions?

Send it in to Nintendo, they'll fix it for a "small" fee.

i don't think that's how that works
are you sure that anything else didn't happen?

Definitely couldn't have been caused by download play, had to be hardware failure or somehow the firmware got corrupted ala turning off while downloading.


Its possible the battery may have shorted out for some reason and it caused other things to go with it.
