You can't fly out if your a citizen. But you can if your just visiting.

I honestly feel bad for people in North Korea. They can't even escape the brainwashed country unless they sneak past high security at the border which is unlikely.

it might be surprising but there is NO radar coverage like 50 miles off the coast of anywhere, you're in the dark anytime you fly 50 miles out
