can i put you on my resume

op just needs to stop fooling around and resume his search for the perfect job

so i just applied for a local pet shop. if i get hired (or maybe at least a call), i'd have to lift (up to 70 lb) bags, stock, and take load off of trucks.

Be pleasant and persistent.  Show up a week or so later and just inquire about your application.  Show them that you are sincere and diligent.

When you apply dont count on getting hired lol. Like odds of getting hired are small especially if you show no interest. That doesn't mean don't apply, just show effort into it, but don't expect anything in return, or you'll continue to be disappointed.

Call them, ask them if they have made any decisions.

Except on Admin Applications

oddly, the pet store app never asked for references or even my ssn

some employers won't until you're actually working for them.
I  know that's commonplace here where I live.

First of all, start calling them back.

Realistically 10 applications in 3 months isn't that much at all.
