I'm not even posting close to all of it. I've found 4 posts should probably be bannable and that's not looking real hard. I'm pretty sure he's harrassed people via PM's too.

he always does

if you try and work something out with him via PM he tries to publicly humiliate you for it or something
if you do it in the boards then people yell at you for stirring up drama
if you make a drama on him then people will yell at you for making a pointless drama because there have been like 50 in the past

if you do any of the above people yell at you for "taking the bait"

If we're going off number of Dramas then we should just perma-ban Tony for his 40 odd dramas, and his continuously antagonistic behaviour. There have been other users Perma'd for equal or less.

Then the Blockchip/Harvest situation would be dealt with anyway.
