I like him.

He used to be a richard to me back when i first sperged out in the CSGO thread.  The second and third time, he didn't really do anything.  But, he is pretty funny and even though he may seem like a richard he really isn't.  I don't wanna say that he stuffposts, but when he does post they are small posts and there is nothing wrong with this.  When he insults people, i don't think he actually means it, i just think that he insults to be funny. 
He said I'm autistic or something along those lines in the CSGO thread when i first sperged out and the conversation went kind of like this:

Me: "Im telling my mommy that you cyberbullied me"
Toxic: "OH NOES"

I still dont understand how him taking screenshots of my profile just for the sole purpose of insulting me is "funny" since he took the screenshot for the thread of "Insert richard Here's manifesto" and he also took another and posted it in ycyl and used it to flat out insult me.
