Along with more harassing on steam and causing a MASSIVE pagestretch in my inbox not once, but TWICE

How about Ive tried handling him yet he doent stop. Blatant harassing, me especially getting the worst of it for no loving reason. Ive reported him and sent pms to him yet he doest give a stuff and nothing happens.
