How can I improve my posts?

Trying to improve my posting patterns to seem like less of a richard is such a selfish thing to do?

i dunno i just get this feeling that whenever someone makes topics like these they would end up as "AWW MAN YALL GUYS ARE HATERS COME ON EVERYBODY LOVES ME." and it would end up being a huge stufffest

and honestly making a topic about it in a forum in public isn't the way to get people to give you criticism imo, in my advice, i think you should get really honest friends and pop up the question in front of them in pm instead of asking the entire forums, especially if there's people who will say things like "lol ur a friend kys" and all that

just get criticism in a private way, don't do this

and i'm not trying to be dismissive, i just honestly think if you really want to change your attitude and accept behavioral criticism i don't think asking in a public forum like this would solve the problem

in other words i think this is something that should be put privately to other friends imo

If i send it to my friends most of them will vote positively because they know other sides of me or they're biased because they are my friends. I'm aiming at getting as broad a response as possible. There are a few outliers in the poll, such as one person who voted all 10s and a couple people who voted all 1s, and I plan on arranging a couple graphs with outliers and some without.

I just want as honest a response from people as possible, not some blind "phanto you're cool!11!" from a close circle of friends.

Multiple people have expressed how much they hate my guts and i'm really concerned. I honestly want to improve my reputation in any way possible, even if it means finding my flaws and eliminating them. There's no self-centered motives behind this.

A lot of people don't know much about me anyways so i left the option for that on the poll.

i've had honest friends that helped me with my attitude and ensured if i forgeted up or not, and it has helped me improve my attitude more and more day by day. it's really helpful to grab the ones you know they are honest

I have like 3-4 blocklanders that i trust for that information, and thats too small a group
