also, i've said it in another topic, but presenting as the opposite love isn't the definition of being trans. that's treatment for their underlying dysphoria. even if they didn't dress up or get hormone treatment or whatever, they're still experiencing the problems. and, as you might imagine, it's a pretty stressful lifestyle. coming out as trans is loving hard, especially if your family isn't open to the idea and your friends don't know either. some people are lucky enough to have close friends that support them, but can you imagine living a life where you just had to be something you don't feel comfortable being? i can't help but feel sympathetic, because jesus christ dude, nobody would voluntarily put themselves through that unless they really needed to
