Is it possible in blockland to make the camera tilt to the left or right, is what I was wondering
It'd be useful in like filming, so you didn't have to do it with editing or whatnot

Yes.
Either

1. Mount them to a node of a bot/player that can be tilted through an animation
or
2. Mount them to a vehicle that can be tilted.
