It's in june but I can postpone it for the next 10 months. Delay the inevitable.

What I have heard is: dress up really weird, don't act like yourself at all. Keep saying they should get unreasonable punishments. Basically get as close to getting kicked out of the court room as possible but don't.

They'll refrain from ordering you back to jury because of the "interesting" behaviors.

Registering to vote doesn't actually register you for jury duty either.  That is a common myth.

You can say you are tribal or something, and then they won't want you.

My jury duty sucked rooster. I had to postpone an exam so that I could sit around at a state office for 6 hours doing nothing until I was dismissed.
