Around 123-125lbs. I've been badly underweight for about 5 years now and basically nothing has worked, so now I've just embraced the "infinite amounts of fast food and ice cream with no consequences" lifestyle

109 pounds at 5'10" bitch
This isn't good for you, being too skinny is almost as bad as being overweight.

115 lbs average at 5' 5"

I'm no doctor, but as long as your hair and teeth aren't falling out, being underweight is much healthier than being overweight.

I dont know if its far to say that being underweight is much better than being overweight because being underweight can cause a lot of problems

Death from the complications of being overweight is literally the most common way that people die in developed nations. While on the other hand, dying from malnourishment/starvation is essentially unheard of. I don't think you even need to cite any numbers to show that it's better to be underweight. It's just common sense.

Well obviously in a developed nation with cheap processed foods and an increase in sedetary lifestyle with have a higher overweight population being underweight can cause osteoporosis, hormonal problems, and issues with the immune system. You can be either and technically considered healthy but I wouldn't say it's much healthier. When you're dealing with the complications caused by weight you're typically talking about a population higher on the overweight and into the obese spectrum. If you were on the other end it would also increase your chances of mortality
