This needs kids somewhere...
we'll need an option to skip the game entirely after that

i was going to vote no, but

maybe just that one kid in skyrim. "another wanderer, here to lick my father's boots. good job."

yeah i really wanna kill this guy.

depends on their personalities

like that other kid in skyrim that bullied another, you can't interact the bully or kill her either

at least not at first when iirc

I like how it's apparently abnormal to still adhere to my personal morals when playing games and not go around murdering people and robbing them blind for no good reason. Just because the game world isn't real doesn't mean I should throw morality out the door and go around murdering/raping/pillaging everything that looks at me funny.
Do what you want but I do not, have not and will not ever find enjoyment in being a douchebag, liar or criminal in games where I am presented with the candid alternative of just not doing anything that I wouldn't do in real life, even if given the option of doing so. Indeed I find my enjoyment in doing the exact opposite

Morals are just chemical reactions. Let's murder every last man woman and loving child in the fallout universe, starting with that little cooze in the princess dress from fallout 3

Let's loving crucify them and rake their limbs with forks and spit on their little naked bodies as we roast them over a slow flame and 6-pointer kobe apple-sized rocks into their near-obliterated chest cavities

Let's take all the mines and explosives and shove it into their eye sockets and throw them off tenpenny tower and watch the kettle corn pop as their lifeless bodies litter the facade and promptly explode their guts onto all the rich white people and their distraught affluent Caucasian faces

In other words, let's kill em

Are you kidding, I try to every time.
At the very least I'll kill their parents and doom them to poverty or death.

Would only kill it if it gets really annoying.

I try to avoid killing random people in video games. Dunno why. Would I get upset if I could murder kids in a video game? forget no, seriously, who cares. Nothing breaks immersion more than shooting a human being in the face with a rocket launcher and they just shrug it off because "muh moral compass". I mean why is it more wrongful to kill a baby than a grown man anyway? Because they're weak and defenseless right? Where do we draw the line at what's strong enough to kill in video games? Pretty sure ESRB is a total bitch about this kinda stuff though, and it'd make it more difficult to sell the game.

It did feel sorta weird burning tons of mutant babies to death in The Forest, though. Maybe because they were literally infants. But they were tryna kill me, so I had to immolate them.

WE SELL THINGS WE'RE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SELL PEOPLE, HERE AT MIC AND RALPH'S

Is it acceptable to have kids in GTA 5, and then mow them down in cars or perform a drive-by as they leave school.
Or in Red Dead Redemption, lasso, kidnap and take kids out into a secluded forest to push them around or feed them to bears.

I think you'd have a harder time selling it in these games as they're much closer to reality.

I've killed plenty of kids in games like Fallout. Usually I try to get the cannible perk asap because I want to eat them as well.

I also sometimes make crime scenes out of bodies outside Mick n' Ralphs down the alley way. But yeah I would kill plenty of kids in games.

if they piss me off, I'll kill them
