Force Download Shirt Mod

Is there any utility to force download a shirt mod in a server? For example, a soccer server that uses these shirts or a war server that has camo

No. You can't really force people to download decals.

Nope. Not unless you have a client mod that tells the server that you have it. And then you can just tell the server you have it even if you don't.

You could always make a quiz for players upon spawning, to tell what type of shirt a bot is wearing.

I think the idea is to not completely ruin the user experience on the way.

The thing is that I need to force the uniforms somehow, and I am not sure how to do so.
So when people respawn, they will wear the uniform of their team

You can force what decal they wear, but if they don't have that decal then they'll just see it as blank.

Can you somehow use a decal from a brick to apply it into a player? Since brick decals download on server join

Darkstar had made me a torso mod that was literally just a cube shaped like the default torso but exactly one pixel wider than the original that had the decals included as part of the addon so that way any player could wear the custom decals regardless if they had it downloaded or not.

Now in terms of forcing a player to wear that custom thing, I dunno, but it's probably doable.

Well, my idea is something like:

Choose Nation (AKA the decal) -> Forces you to wear that decal
Choose camo (A color) -> Forces you that camo
Choose helmet (Hatmod) -> Forces you that helmet
