That can be difficult. It could risk you of being late to your class, if you have to stuff then you have to hold it in, if it takes you a few minutes just to collect your stuff, you're out of luck and etc. This policy is just a major inconvinience for 90% of the students.

well if you don't have perfect attendence you also miss out on
1) free food
2) the ability to go where you want without a pass or escort
3) the ability to leave class early
4) the ability to leave school early
5) much more other stuff that I can't be bothered to look up

My middle school was like that. It was literally impossible to use the bathroom. Always a line and always running late if you had to go. It's a really stupid policy.
