Author Topic: Walleye Tournament  (Read 1130 times)

Not really sure if anyone goes fishing or not, but this weekend I participated in the local walleye tournament.

I caught a decent sized walleye last night around 1 AM. Length was 21 1/4 in, Girth was 10 1/4 in, Weight was 3lbs, 3oz. Was on 2nd place in the tournament at the time, only matched by a 23 in walleye. The tournament is open till Sunday at 3pm EST. Today, I was knocked out of the Top 25 list, haha. It's all in good fun anyway. I went back out fishing afterwards and caught a smaller 19 in walleye and a huge ass sheepshead.

I was not able to get a picture of the sheepshead caught, but it was very similar to the one pictured below. Funny thing is, the sheepshead below was also caught on the same lake, according to Google.
