Moto X "missed alarm" bullstuff

So this has happened a few times before, but for no reason at all, my alarms just didn't go off. It seems to happen completely at random. Usually it wasn't much of an issue, but today I missed my final because of it. Is there any reason this is happening? My alarm sound is up so that's not the problem.

Is a sort of "do not disturb" feature enabled? The same issue happened with my phone because of it.

All android alarms are loving stupid. Ive missed many things due to the stuffty software in every alarm app.

I have been having the same issue too. I can't wake up in the morning because my 3 alarms wouldn't go off, even though it said they went off. I even tested this by asking my parent to wake me up near the same time and sound as my alarm clock.

i used to have a similar problem with my smartphone many years ago so i just went and bought myself a cheap electronic alarm clock. you should do the same

Switch to an alarm that slaps you until you disable it.

I have a Samsung S5, and previously am S4. Never had an issue with this.
