A "default" looking gun, in point based DMs it would let you spend points as a "get out of jail free card"\ to easily kill someone.

It wouldn't really do the same thing, but you could make a proptool prop out of a brick that spawns a mounted gun and then explodes after X number of seconds, then give that a points cost.
