Author Topic: are these kicks worth 200 dollars  (Read 11144 times)

No pair of shoes is ever worth $200

why waste so much money on something that's just going to get dirty and messed up

seriously just get some cheaper $30-70 shoes and call it a day

I've seriously never seen a person with so-called luxury sneakers that didn't look like he was wearing ugly pieces of plastic around his ankles.

sneakerheads usually make sure to keep their shoes stuff-free and clean
$30 shoes don't usually look or feel as nice as say a $150 shoe
why don't you just buy some computer parts on goodwill instead of buying a $1000 setup. at the end of the day both systems play games.

No pair of shoes is ever worth $200
what if they're made of 200 one dollar bills

i love this thread haha

people spend hundreds of dollars on meaningless weapon skins in video games

the worth of something is subjective
okay and they are idiots.
the 'personal value' of something isn't real value. spending hundreds on weapon skins and spending hundreds on dumb-looking clothes is still a waste of money.

define waste of money.

someone spending money for their personal satisfaction is not a waste of money. not all expensive shoes look bad either.

maybe he didn't Catch what you meant

Definitely not the worst offender I've seen, but you can buy crappy generics with essentially the same color scheme. Nobody other than already initiated sneaker heads will be able to tell the difference, and why would anyone care about the opinions of a bunch of experts on sweatshop plastic?

it most likely won't have the nike branding, leather, or even the cushioning inside
the color scheme doesnt mean jack stuff if the shoe feels like a brick

u srs

i didnt expect this sort of response lol

i wouldn't like spending 200 dollars on any kind of shoe anyways, and what makes it worse is that it looks like a library carpet

Looks more like you're passive aggressively upset about people stuffting on your streetwear hobby.

because techware is significantly different than clothing. you can get a nice looking comfortable pair of shoes for <$100. you can't get a PC that runs games at a playable level from 'goodwill' parts
