yeah if you live in the US then any choices by the US government affect you. if you're affected by the US government, then you have a stake in it, and you should ideally have representation, and therefore, the right to vote.
of course, current registration practices pretty much effectively disqualify undocumented people anyway because they don't want the government to know about them, and there's nothing we can do about that unless we make a better path to citizenship
