Author Topic: Blockland Default Server- No Response/Dead Response  (Read 2582 times)

This is me going into a server being hosted off of a fresh Blockland build off a different ID off a different computer. I receive this when trying to enter my own server.

Proof of me portforwarding

That's what I have on information. I am running no other programs that require a constant network connection through my router.
What I am asking is why am I having this problem?

You missed your porting by the wrong IP
Your local IP isn't the same as the one you were connecting to:
=/=

If your router doesn't like to keep IPs for the same device you should get a new router

Fixed.
Now the server acts as if it's offline.
I wasn't able to grab access to another computer, so I tried doing it on my own. I'm getting a blank response.

Change the protocol to UDP only

Did not improve or worsen problem. Same response.

External port says "28000" which means it might only be allowing specific client port connections

Are you sure you did this in the right section? Please screenshot the entire webpage.

Oh, and just for future references, UPnP is enabled.

If you want blockland to use the port you forwarded, disable it.

I have hosted on this router. I have had no problems with it before.

Can you check your IP again?
If it isn't 192.168.0.19 anymore, you didn't make your IP static.

Whenever I connect to the server, it no longer reads as the local IP.
At this point, I don't know if I am comfortable with reading out my IP on this forum.

Shouldn't be afraid. If you're hosting a server, your IP is already public.

Either way, you should be able to find the server via Query LAN.

Apparently I can access the server on LAN, but not through the Internet Query. Until I can test further to see if other people can join me, I advise you not to post. If you want to help me test further, Shoot me a PM and I will PM you back with some details. Thank you for your support, Mainly Shift Kitty, Hony Tawk, Zebolte, and Kyuande.
