Well, this all depends on what sort of knife you want to make fire rapidly.

uh... if you're joining someone else's server, there's nothing you can do about it...

The closest I think you could get to that would be a mod that scans your weapon add-ons and pulls the timings from them.  Then depending on whatever weapon you have out, it could attempt to use that weapon as fast as the weapon can be used.

Some weapons are actually smart enough (such as the Faecpwner) to prevent "quick-equip and fire", I fixed most of the weapons I had in Randomizer with the same issue
