yeah i just personally believe that in settings and places like this where its mostly casual conversation that you shouldnt let stuff like that get by. if someone was being an starfish in my friend group i'd call them out.

some people on this forum aren't going to change their mind so obviously im not going to go into the super righty threads and start nagging people. but some of the comments in this thread are specific, targeted remarks at some kid about his race. its surpassed the dollar store insincere "edgy racism" that people typically throw around. so i wanted to speak up

regardless of whether you think he's a forgethead or whatever you shouldn't be saying that kind of stuff IMO

There's no way to read this as anything but a personal insult. There's some stuff you really shouldn't joke about imo, and that's one of them.
