I've actually been trying to draw your character since about 6 or 7 PM, it's almost 12 AM when i started this post, but this is mainly because dragons are another thing i've never drawn, but i'm also trying to take your 2D looking picture and give it actual depth, this is apparently the hardest thing for me to do because of the shape of the head plus the fact that this is an anthro dragon
I've been looking at how other people draw anthro dragons and i tried to get ideas and inspiration from those, but i didn't manage to pick up anything from them, so in that time, i've only managed to draw this
