Oh wow, i confused myself somehow, what i meant to ask was; What about the other people on that list who also don't have a key linked to their accounts? They're on the list, but those accounts with generated names don't

they'd need to be* email verified accounts maybe? besides being verified in some form I don't see why they'd be omitted
