Hype is only good if the product actually lives up to expectations, but in today's world, triple A games don't do that.
As far as I know, you're paying 60 bucks to pay for a single formula. The one they used to generate the worlds. That's it, really.. as far as I've been shown, the game doesn't have any more features than that.
