Advertising is okay in certain situations, as in when you own the server.
Advertising on a server that you do not own at all is extremely frowned upon and punishable by by the administration's consent.
But, seriously, this is basic stuff for a moderation team to enforce. You should not be doing this under any circumstances.

The first time I saw Canadian Bill, it was Speedkart X.
