Some actual good advice if this actually happened (99% chance it won't) and you weren't the first classroom to get hit would be to spread out and grab stuff to attack him with or throw at him.

If you all crowd into the corner like a typical school would you'd just be sitting ducks.

I think of these situations alot, like if a honor student came into my school it's either you die cowering or you live/die defending yourself. So why do people in these events just loving cower? A crowd with fists is alot stronger then a guy with a Semi-Auto. Sure a few people might die but it's either a few casualties or a good portion of the school.
