People can't join my server even tho I've port-forwarded

My server has been acting very strange lately, sometimes people can join, and a few hours later it just stops and people can't connect anymore. and vice versa

When i originally port-forwarded it didn't have this problem.

Did you give your computer a static IP?

Also, post a console.log for when it is a different problem.

No I haven't and it has changed, I'll deal with that momentarily.
