blockland_setup.exe not loading

This has been bugging me for a bit now, but when I double-click on the blockland setup application, nothing happens. Five minutes later, it says it couldn't open in a timely fashion. Any ideas?

So not the Steam version?

Have you tried running it as Administrator by right clicking it?

Also, what operating system do you use?

I haven't tried running it as an Admin, and I use Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Well, I tried right clicking and explorer.exe crashed. Also, yes, I got it from http://blockland.us

Sounds like you have an issue with your computer.

Do you have the same trouble with other programs?

You could do a scan and repair your system files:
-Right click the start button
-Click Command prompt (Admin)
-Type the command sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Maybe that helps.
If it doesn't, could you give the exact error it says?
