Dynamic Weather on Daycycle

Random weather options which could be enabled while the daycycle is on, so we could have rain or a thunderstorm randomly without needing to add it in manually, yeah that's basicly it.

I think you can do this with vce and the enviroment events you just need to figure out how to make a clock and randomize it you can do like a 10 minutes clock or so and then when the clock runs out you will get an event that sets rain,clouds,sun etc... you just need to randomize the event

I made a weather system before, but one of the Blockland updates axed some of the weather features in TGE.
