All I remember from Doom 64 was that the screen was so dark you couldn't see anything.

doom 64 wasn't the best because doom wasn't originally for any consoles. just pc. so they had to modify it, nintendo or id software probably forgeted up the brightness on accident.

It seems okay, not great so far.

What do you guys think?

Seems more like a wave shooter than anything because of the checkpoint system.

i dont have anything to play this new doom on, yet, but im saving up my money to get a ps4, doom collectors edition, and a 60' tv. i am so hyped for this game.

I got bored at the start of this doom game honestly, stuff took way too long to kill and the start had really boring bullet spongy enemies imo

I refunded it, though I heard the later parts of the game are apparently better so who knows, maybe if its on sale over the summer, I'll re-buy it.

yeah, at the beginning it's a little boring and predictable but after a little while it's fun and super fast.
