Also it's the construction worker's fault for leaving the keys in the vehicle.

You don't just leave keys inside an excavator near a pipe and walk away from it.

Same stuff with the jackhammer, who leaves a jackhammer unattended?

I thought the movie people stuck in their dead end job would get a good laugh at a guy in a pirate suit with a big ass camera trying to bootleg the movies.
