Dynamic Crosshair Link?

You know, the gun from borderlands 2, that screams when you shoot it and slows down your moment? I thought it would be a funny mini weapon.
(Hopefully this is possible and this idea doesn't get shot down like my other ones.)

It's really just a bunch of dumb kid-like screaming and obnoxous sounds. That's really it.

These are the sounds that happen when you do a certain thing:

Reload - "REEEELOADIN'!!!!!/RELOAAAD!!!!!"

Equiping the weapon - "SWAPPIN' WEAPONS!!!!!111"

Thats really it. I don't have the game on PC unfortunately, so I can't give you the files. So, someone could just scream into a microphone or something.

1. Unfortunately, no. The only weapons that have explosive shots are Torgue weapons. Other guns (excluding Jakobs) had explosive too, but only in the first game.
