people need to understand they have a responsibility for self defense, or else they should expect to be an easy target for criminals
Mommy and daddy never told me that

be careful, dan bell

9/11 only helps you after the fact anyways
even the best response times take minutes, sometimes it can be hours

this doesn't mean it's ok when it goes down

late help is better than no help

common sense
"well, duh" comes to mind

unless you're implying that I was implying it's okay and of zero help
cause I didn't lol

We have a global emergencies line, 911 and discriminated lines. 100 police, 101 firefighters, 103 civil defence, 107 ambulance.

There's something about the phrase "civil disturbance" that deeply creeps me out

No stuff people need to learn self defense but sometimes you get overpowered or caught off guard. 911 is also for other emergencies like fire and injuries too in case you didn't know.

If you're referring to 103, that's mainly for bomb threats, floods, uprisings, anything that can put in danger lives of civilians on a major scale.

They have another line to call which is 311
But most people who aren't watching TV don't know this so if anything happens there screwed.
but what if 311 goes down

uprisings
you just slip this in as though it's a normal thing
