5 Second jump cooldown player type

You'd put this in the playertype that the players have, assuming you're using a custom one. Also, jumpDelay might use ticks instead of MS (at least according to this, so a 5 second delay would actually be jumpDelay = 160; since there are 32 ticks a second iirc.
