This is my USSR application. It is Moscow University. It is currently 23 stories tall and is just under 17,000 bricks. The plates are to hold the entrance up but when it is done they won't be there. I plan to fill it with dorms, labs, and many other college things. It is still far from completion but I am planning to have it done by summer or earlier if possible. Comments would be appreciated.

We may not be accepting applications but you can still finish it and post it int he gallery. I 'm liking what i see so far.

That is a great assumption..Just because you finish it doesn't mean they will let you in.

I'm probably not going to finish it now that I see they aren't accepting now. Its too much work to do just for the fun of it.

If USSR doesn't let you in, you can go out for something else. Finishing it would be good.
