I don't know what to do.....

it's not that people are not joining it's just weird
when my friend tries to join (his name is elodame) he says it has no ping the ping says --- and that is the reason why i don't know what to do. i restarted my router and that did not work.... idek what was wrong. can you help me?

It's pretty useless for this situation since it's only internet problems from what it looks like.

Yeah, you'll need to port forward if UPnP isn't working correctly
