It was nice to freely travel to the UK.
I imagine it was nice for the UK to travel, work, live freely in the other EU countries as well.
Now they have their "freedom".
They can decide their own fate now i guess.
Is this really what they want?
Seperate themselves from the rest?
I mean, they already never took on the Euro, the EU wide currency.
They did not have to do other things, i am sure.
I mean, sure, after a lot of hassle, but you can't say the EU has been unfair against them.
If my country (Netherlands) goes the same way... I am not sure what i am going to do.
Of course the EU has it's flaws, yes.
But it made things a lot easier and it gives more freedom for the people to go where they please in the EU countries.
What is this more freedom you speak of when you lose the freedom to travel freely to like what, 27 other countries?
I mean sure, you can do that now too, but after you get a visum and what not.
Regulated travel, trade, everything.
They are under more control of their own government, they are more bound to their own island now.
Agh, sorry, just can't stand it.
It all sounds so stupid to me.
