Steam Issue - face problem?

Apparently, Steam didn't finish validating all files, so I am missing the files necessary to see not only my own face decals, but also other's as well.

I've tried verifying the game cache, it didn't fix the issue.

What are the files I need to look for to fix this issue?

Go back to the non-steam version, steam blockland on mac doesn't work and badspot doesn't care.

There is no alternative. The steam/mac version is broken and you can't fix it yourself.
