Deciding between buying Dishonored, Outlast, or Borderlands 2.

for me borderlands 2 was a soul sucking boring grind-fest and youre (probably, ive never played them) better with dishonored or outlast

I don't know anything about outlast, but it sounds like a zombie game, which automatically disqualifies it
you will probably get more time out of borderlands, but the time that I did spend with dishonored, I loved. it's a very good, meaningful game. on the other hand I didn't like borderlands 2 very much

i can't even begin to tell you how many hours i've logged into it because it's on my ps3 but i can tell you that i have played it for 12 hours in a single sitting a few times

dishonored. it's a good stealth game with great art and a story that doesn't entirely consist of forced memes and tired jokes.

Borderlands is a lot of fun, long-lasting, fairly replayable, great with co-op, and has some fantastic DLC.
It would be my choice.


But, I have nothing negative to say about Dishonored, and if it's your sort of game then I'm sure you'll love it too.

I got Borderlands 2 with most of its DLC about 6-12 months ago and IMO it's way better in co-op than on your own.
Dishonored is pretty good, but I would have gone Borderlands 2 over Dishonored. As fr Outlast, I haven't even seen gameplay footage of it so I can't give any judgement on that.

if you have friends to play borderlands 2 with then get that, playing it solo is a drag and you might as well get dishonored if you're gonna be playing by yourself. bl2 has more replayability though

Borderlands 2 was fun and all, but it's script / story was written by Anthony Burch, he shoehorns feminism into everything. Other then that it's kind of a grind fest at times so if you enjoy that then go with it I guess?

well if you want more then a weekend of playing, and even a game you would play a second time, get borderlands 2.

i dont understand what people mean when they say grind. do they not know what grinding is? because that has never taken place when i played any borderlands game.
