Watching the video the officers were supposed to be wearing body cameras but they 'fell of during the altercation'.
This might be the first case where this is a genuine abuse that needs to have consequences.
However, the actual shooting is censored in the video, he was put down, someone screams "He's got a gun", then a police takes out his gun without saying anything and shoots him point blank. I don't understand why would he do that - but considering all of the above if the video doesn't just cut off important scenes (as I said, it's censored - in the sense that the video cuts off at the shooting) this is completely the officer's fault.
