I mean some rap DOES do that though i don't know specifically but if I had to guess I'd say trap music is the most indicative of this? It happens in multiple genres i'd believe.

It's impossible to pinpoint whaat exactly sounds like stuff if there's no names or songs to go by. A genre doesn't help because when someone says rap/hip hop/rock it's cataloging several different sub-genres with their own artists that have a similar sound.
