Badspot is biased as forget but 9 times out of 10 it's in the community's favor so nobody notices it. People have called him out on it before though.

I don't think anyone really has the proper administration methods needed to run the forums though. Ephialtes fit Badspot's style well but he was a little too ban happy. Bisjac and Tony(seriously) would be a good fit, but they tend to be too rebellious. Gytyyhgfffff has that mentality too, but I can't see any of the post-2008 members becoming a moderator simply because they don't have strong connections with Badspot like the older players do.

I do agree that social posters should not be considered for moderator positions though.

That's only because of this forum. Everywhere else people can get along with the moderators just fine.
