If what I'm reading from r/protectandserve is true (and that's a big IF because I can't verify it at the moment) there are two snipers on two rooftops that have set up a kill zone, shooting at cops and they have reportedly also hit and killed a female civilian

If eyewitness testimony is to be trusted, the snipers had camouflage fatigues and facemasks as well as some sort of ballistic armor. A ballistic vest, especially one with ceramic plates, is uncommon and relatively expensive. Something tells me this was premeditated and these psychopathic individuals were just waiting for the occasion.

I don't think any sane person believes that murdering random cops is justifiable by police brutality.
