in any case BLM is, in theory, a completely reasonable movement
Not really in any way whatsoever. As far as I've followed and seen, the trending hashtag was made in the first place because some black chicks weren't happy with the Men's Wearhouse Spokesman case verdict and took to twitter to complain about how black people don't matter in society and how they're being systematically slaughtered by white people, and it started to trend enough to where Law and Order: SVU made an episode inspired by, I stuff you not, Paula Dean and Treyvon Martin supposedly.
Then between social media outrage, news outlets reporting every little thing that happened within the movement and the convenience it gave disenfranchised black people to complain about how life sucks, it sort of snowballed out of control from there.
Every single bone in the body that is black lives matters is an unreasonable line of thought that started from blowing everything out of proportion. Then it got to the point where it perpetuates a lot of racism towards white people and entitlement for those in the movement because Us vs. Them bullstuff
Nothing about BLM helps the black community and actively divides them from the other racial demographics by alienating and antagonizing them. It is a huge step backwards for the social justices
