am I the only one here who straight up doesn't get why people collect forgetin shoes

I get people collecting electronics or toys or cards, but shoes?

it's not really my thing either, but I can see the appeal. you can wear them out and show off your collection casually, and lots of people like shoes so they're an easy conversation starter. same could be said about clothes. not only are they nice to look at but they also serve a practical purpose.

I only have 1 pair of pitch-black sneakers with soft insoles

They look professional enough and are neutral in look so that they match forgetin everything, and soft af insoles so I can wear them for hours on end (school / work)
