Ok, this is a list of what I currently can and cant afford (or are excluded) Note I am looking for PC only games

RaceRoom (Excluded)
Simraceway (Excluded)
rFactor 1 and 2 (Maybe can afford)
iRacing (Excluded, I don't like the subscription at all)

Never played it, but Project CARS seems like a good racing sim. It's $30, but I don't know what you're looking for.

I've heard there is a lot of issues with it, I recommend Assetto Corsa for the amazing handling physics, but not sure how much it costs in dollars.
