Author Topic: Nuclear missile defense is futile.  (Read 3127 times)

Let me tell you something, nuclear missile defense is stuff for land/sea.

But what if a country loads nuclear bombs on boats and then put those nukes in major US harbors? You can't shoot down a nuclear bomb from a land/sea detonation

Same thing can be done with a truck.

So why are we putting so much faith in our missile defense systems against North Korea and russia?

Because like 99% of nuclear warheads are ICBMs [citation needed].

iirc dudes sweep cargo stuff for possible nukes and other blowy uppy things

Because you can't fit majors in major

You know what I meant but you pretend to act like you didn't so you can comment on the typo. Clever.

And what if they don't find it? Because that's a possibility.

how the the forget can they not find a 500kg nuclear bomb in a small cargo container

Did you know you can design a nuclear bomb that doesn't look like a nuclear bomb? It's not hard.

these are some pretty heavy questions for a lego forum

but tony things dont happen like they do in call of duty

but how do you get a nuclear bomb into a us navy boat? i dont think russia can just "here friends take gift" to them

what kind of stuff does the navy import from other countries? because that seems to be the best way of placing bombs in ships, but again, were speaking of nuclear bombs, they shouldnt be THAT hard to find

No actually we're really good at detecting radiation.

EDIT:
In fact containers with bananas trigger radiation sensors because bananas contain potassium isotopes. A banana contains 0.1 µSv (when consumed by a person).
Living within 50 miles of a nuclear plant gives you that same amount in a year.
Except harbor scanners are about 50000 times closer to the cargo.

So russia/attacker manages to nuke some harbours, and you fire back with missles and manage to nuke the entire country
