How do I host a dedicated server when I have the steam version of BL?

They said I can get a dedicated server there. Not sure how it works, though.

BlockNet is a service owned by Pecon, you give her money per month and in return you get a dedicated server for Blockland hosted on her dedibox/VPS. It is a reputable service, but it is not free.

Shift Kitty has a guide somewhere (I think?) on hosting dedicated servers with the Steam version.

No Steam has a way to run dedicated servers even if it is on a different computer than you are using your Steam account on.
But it is a convoluted setup.
