Very little rain here in NY, grass is burnt to a crisp and crops are wilting. Rain is a loving godsend for crying out loud.

My home just got shat on by storms and the power shut off. And I'm in Northern Illinois, so to answer your question if it's not too late; yes.

this is the biggest thing about storms because if a tornado touches down near your house there's literally not a goddamn thing you can do about it
I can agree with this statement, which it also goes for any severe windstorms like the one that happened on the 13th of july affecting southern parts of Missouri and Illinois

Having no power makes me realize how forgeted we would be if someone attacks our power grid
